Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 can (8 count) butter flavor biscuits
1 jar pizza sauce
20 pepperoni slices, divided
1 cup Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Kraft Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
In a large skillet add your ground beef, onion, green pepper, Mrs. Dash, onion powder, garlic powder & Italian Seasoning. Cook until no longer pink over med heat. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl cut up the biscuits into thirds and add half of the pizza sauce and mix together. Add the ground beef mixture and half of the pepperoni. Mix together and add to a 2 quart baking dish and add the rest of the pepperoni to the top.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes then take out and top with the shredded cheese and back an additional 5 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes then sprinkle the parmesan cheese, cut and serve.
