Place bottom part of buns in 2 (9x13) pans. Place meat on the buns (one tray ham/one tray turkey). Place half a piece of cheese on each bun (ham/cheddar, turkey/Swiss). Place top buns on sandwiches.
Heat in a sauce pan, butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and poppy seeds. When mixture is melted, pour over sandwiches.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake sandwiches at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes each pan.
