1 pkg frozen meatballs or Polish or summer sausage
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans beef broth
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 med zucchini, sliced
2 med carrots, sliced
1 cup water
1 lb fresh green beans or can of beans
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup macaroni
1/4 cup fresh parsley or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried

Let's Make It
In a 5 qt slow cooker, combine all the ingredients except macaroni, parsley and cheese. If using canned green beans, add later.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or on high for 3 or until vegetables are almost tender.
Stir in the macaroni and parsley and cook 30 minutes or until macaroni is done. Add canned green beans at this time. Serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
