1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups flour
Dash salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup milk

Mix bananas, sugar, oil, vanilla and beaten egg. Add flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well. Add milk and mix again.
