Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar then add 1/2 cup (melted) butter. Mix and press into a 9x13 pan and chill.
Beat together the cream cheese until smooth then add 1/2 cup sugar and 4 Tbsp. milk. Beat until smooth then add 1 tub of Cool Whip. Pour over the chilled crust and chill while mixing the pudding.
Mix both boxes of pudding with 4 1/4 cups of milk until smooth. Then pour over the cream cheese mixture and chill until firm. Spread the remaining tub of Cool Whip and chill.
