Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar in a large bowl until well blended. Add bananas, strawberries, and eggs; mix well. Add combined dry ingredients, mix well until just moistened.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. Cool completely before slicing to serve.
