Clean cauliflower, trim stem. Leaving whole, place in microwave safe casserole dish with water and cover with waxed paper. Cook 9-11 min. on high (or tender when pierced with fork).
While cooking, mix remaining ingredients, except cheese.
When cauliflower is done, drain water, top with sauce and cheese and return, uncovered to microwave for 1-2 min. or until cheese is melted.
