Place roast & all spices & tomatoes in crock-pot 1st thing in the morning. Cook on LOW for 10 hours.
About 2 hrs short of serving, I opened it up and shredded the meat & added the BBQ sauce. Let cook until ready to eat.
Serve on buns.
