Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 can (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, fresh fruit
4 oz Cool Whip
1/2 cup lemon juice from concentrate

Mix finely chopped pecans, and crushed vanilla wafers. Add sugar. Pour melted margarine over and mix until mixture is crumbly. Press into pie shell or flan pan. Chill 30 min then bake at 350 for 10-12 min. Cool.

Mix condensed milk, Cool Whip and lemon juice and spread into shell.

Chill 1-2 hours. Garnish with sliced strawberries or other fruit in season.
