BBQ Baked Potato

Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 baking potatoes
3 chicken breasts
1 Tbsp butter
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Kraft BBQ Sauce
Kraft Cheddar Cheese (for topping)
Knudsen Sour Cream (desired amount)

Bake potatoes at 425°F for 45 minutes (temp and time varies due to the size of potato).

With about 10 minutes left till potatoes are done, cut up chicken breast in cubes. Turn on stove to med/high heat and melt butter in pan and place chicken in pan and sprinkle with pepper to taste. Cook till done and a light brown crust forms. Turn down temp to low and cover chicken in favorite BBQ sauce and set aside.

Prepare bake potato the way you like it (butter and salt). Place chicken over open potato and place cheddar cheese on top of chicken and top with Knudsen Sour Cream.
