Cut up chicken into bit size chunks and cook in oil or butter until no longer pink.
Boil water to a rapid boil, add noodles, and cook until al dente. (Don't forget to salt noodle water it gives noodles flavor).
Cook broccoli to desired tenderness.
Drain noodles from water and return to same pot. Add chicken to noodles. Mix in the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Add in cooked broccoli and add evaporated milk to your desired texture of noodle chicken mix. Serve hot with an option of garlic bread.
