Add gravy packet from turkey into crock-pot with 3/4 cup water. Rub butter on turkey, salt and pepper. Put in crock-pot.
In a sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and apple jelly. Cook until jelly liquefies. Add garlic and dill until well mixed. Pour mixture over turkey.
Cover and cook over low heat for five to six hours, turning breast over midway.
