Defrost the dough according to instructions on the bag. Cut the skin on the sausage and break up the sausage and brown in frying pan.
Roll out the dough to make a rectangle till about a half inch thick. Put the slightly cooled sausage on the dough and cover it with mozzarella cheese and roll up jelly roll style. Place on a greased cookie sheet, seam side down and rub a little olive oil on top and sprinkle with crushed rosemary.
Bake at 375 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
