Cut chicken into small chunks. Add salt and to taste. Cook chicken in a skillet with butter.
Grind sundried tomatoes (without oil) until it forms a gritty paste. Pour heavy whipping cream and sundried tomatoes into a saucepan and cook on low heat. Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally until it turns a pinkish color.
Cook entire box of pasta according to directions on box. Pour pasta into a serving dish and mix in the chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
