2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed and thinly sliced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup minced basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 boneless pork loin cutlets or pork steak
1 can (14 oz.) plain stewed tomatoes

In a large bowl; mix potatoes, mushrooms, onion, basil, salt and pepper together.

Pour potato mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Arrange meat over the vegetable mixture. Pour tomatoes over all.

Bake, covered, in preheated 325 degrees F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
