2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked with salt & pepper, chopped
1 can condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
4 oz low fat sour cream
1 Tbsp poppyseeds
1 tub e Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine or butter

Prepare 9x9 dish with non-stick spray. Spread cooked, chopped chicken in the bottom of dish.
Mix soup, sour cream, and poppyseeds then spread on top. Crumble Ritz crackers on top of soup mixture. Lay pats of margarine or butter on crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
