Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/3 cup minute tapioca
1 cup water
1 can (16 oz.) frozen orange juice, divided
1/8 tsp salt
2 cans (11 oz. each) mandarin oranges, toughly drained
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, toughly drained
1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed, not drained
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed, not drained

In med sause pan put tapioca, water, 1 cup of orange juice, and salt. Put on med heat stirring constantly until becomes a rolling boil. Remove from heat source. Set aside for ONLY 15 minutes.

After the 15 minutes, add 3 cups of orange juice to the mixture that was set aside.

Then add the drained oranges and pineapple and stir gently. Then add the strawberries. Stir gently and refrigerate.
