1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
4 skinless chicken breasts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried Rosemary
2 cups crushed tomatoes
1 cup salsa
1 package (10 ounce) frozen peas or corn

Cook rice. Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Brown chicken in skillet. Put chicken in crock-pot.

In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except the peas, pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours (High, 3-4 hours). Add peas one hour before serving. Serve over rice.
