Saute onion and garlic in 1/4 cup of broth. Cook about 5 min. Add rest of broth and can of tomatoes. Add spaghetti and break up tomatoes with spoon. Add picante sauce and cumin, simmering till spaghetti is tender and most liquid absorbed. Add chicken.
Spoon into a 13x9-inch casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. (I always use more cheese.)
Bake covered at 350°F for 20-30 min.
