1 pkg frozen pepper and onion blend
2 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown sausage in a skillet. Add peppers and onion blend and cook until tender. Add broth to skillet and bring to a boil. Stir in rice.

Transfer to a casserole dish.
