Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 package (16 oz.) Ronzoni Jumbo Shells
1/2 lb or more ground beef
Diced onions to taste
Italian red pepper to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
1 jar (32 oz.) tomato sauce or make your own tomato sauce as desired
1 jar (16 oz.) Classico Alfredo Sauce
1 package (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Boil shells in water until al dente or desired softness. Cook ground beef in pan with onions, Italian red pepper, Italian seasoning until no longer pink. Add tomato sauce to ground beef; simmer over low heat while shells continue to cook.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray casserole pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour 1/4 of Alfredo sauce into casserole pan. Drain shells; pour on top of Alfredo sauce in casserole pan. Add tomato sauce and ground beef mixture to top of shells. Add additional Alfredo sauce to desired taste, mix all ingredients together. Pour mozzarella cheese onto casserole mixture.

Place lid over casserole pan, place in oven and bake for 35 minutes or until cheese is melted to desired likeness.
