1 pound chipped very thin cooked ham from the deli
1 small box Velveeta
1 small bag potato chips, smashed
1/4 cup melted margarine

Let's Make It
Beat eggs, half-and-half and mustard. Spray or grease 9x13 pan. Line pan with bread. Put ham on bread then slice cheese and put on top of ham. Add another layer of bread. Spoon egg mixture over bread making sure to soak all of it.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Mix potato chips with melted margarine and spoon over top. Bake at 350 degrees F uncovered for at least 45 minutes until it's bubbly and the edges start to turn brown.
