Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas during last 2 minutes of cooking time. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta cooking water.
Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon, turning once, until crispy, 2-3 minutes each side. Drain bacon on paper towels; coarsely chop. Drain all but 1 Tbsp. bacon fat from cooking skillet. Add onion, cook, stirring until softened, 2-3 minutes.
Add pasta water; bring to boil. Stir in Alfredo sauce, pasta and peas; add bacon. If desired, sprinkle with parmesan and chopped parsley.
