Cook whole chicken in crock-pot for 4 hours on high.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take meat off the bones and put in large mixing bowl. Add the soup, Veg-All, and chicken broth and mix together. Put into a baking dish. In a separate smaller bowl mix flour and milk together with whisk. Pour flour mixture on top of chicken mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
