Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 loaf fresh bakery bread
1 lb Swiss cheese
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 stick butter, melted
2 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut the bread diagonally to make a criss-cross pattern. Push half of the Swiss cheese down into bread. Stuff in the mushrooms and then the second half of the Swiss cheese.

In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients together. Pour the butter mixture over the stuffed bread and wrap it in foil.

Bake for 30-40 minutes.
