Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef
1/2 green pepper
1 can Sloppy Joe sauce
6 oz frozen veggies
Pepper
Crushed basil leaves
Parsley
Sour cream
Frito chips
Sour cream
Whole wheat hamburger buns

Let's Make It

-Brown ground beef over medium heat.

-Cut green pepper into strips, then cube strips.

-Heat Sloppy Joe sauce in pot over low heat.

-Prepare veggies per package instructions.

-Add green pepper to ground beef and reduce heat to low.

-Add pepper, crushed basil leaves, and parsley to taste.

-Puree veggies to a fine puree and add to Sloppy Joe Sauce stirring unit dissolved.

-Drain beef and return to pan.

-Mix in Sloppy Joe Sauce and transfer to mixing bowl.

-Add crushed Frito chips to meat and sauce to taste.

-Add sour cream to taste (the more you add the creamer it will get).

-Serve sandwiched between hamburger buns.
