Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fry the bacon, saving the grease on the side, and then line the bottom of a casserole dish with the slices of cooked bacon.
In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and spoon mixture evenly over the bacon. Pour some of the saved bacon grease over the top of the potato mixture.
Bake until the potatoes are brown on top. Serve warm.
