Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 cups cake flour
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Crisco
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cold water

Blend all dry ingredients together till a slight crumb.

Add 1/3 cup water and mix slightly. Add the next 1/3 cup. Do same with the remainder 1/3 cup till blended but not over.

When done, cut into sizes you need for the size of pie you’re making and place in refrigerator to cool for an hour. When cold you can roll out to desired size. This can be stored for several weeks covered.
