1 lb sausage
1 green pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 cup green onions
2 cups milk
8 eggs
5 pieces wheat bread
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Cut up pepper, mushrooms and onions and saute. Mix milk and eggs together.

Place five pieces of wheat bread (pieced on bottom). Top with layer of sausage. Then top with sauteed veggies. Layer cheese on top. Pour egg mixture on top.

Place in preheated oven at 335 degrees F for at least 50 minutes. Let cool for at least 5 minutes.
