Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb lean ground beef
1 med sized onion, diced
Salt & pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 jar /can gravy (approx. 15 oz.)
1 can (15 oz.) sweet corn, drained
1 can (15 oz.) green beans, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 1/2 cups mashed potatoes (I make my own from 4 lrg potatoes)

Brown beef & onion (sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder) until cooked. Drain off any fat if necessary. Stir in gravy, corn & green beans - heat through.

Spoon mixture into 8x8 glass baking dish - top meat with 1 cup of cheese. Then top evenly with potatoes and remaining cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 minutes.
