Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In skillet over medium heat, combine cubed chicken, 1/2 cup water, and cream cheese. Cook until chicken cubes are cooked through, adding additional water as needed to keep mixture thin and soupy. When chicken is cooked, add any remaining water. Mix thoroughly. In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetables and chicken mixture.
Spoon into deep dish 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Raise heat to 450 degrees F (or temperature specified on biscuit container). Spread biscuits evenly across top of chicken mixture. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown. Serve hot.
