4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup warm water
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
1 loaf French or Italian bread (sliced at the bakery)

Let's Make It
Prepare dip by mixing together dry mix, olive oil, & water. Toss in cheese and tomatoes.
Microwave on high for 7 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir frequently.
Toast bread and top with bruschetta to taste.
