Preheat oven to 350°F. Saute zucchini and onion in oil in a non-stick pan, or two quart casserole dish.
Brown beef, salt, and pepper; drain. Add pasta sauce and stir; pour over zucchini mixture.
Mix parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and sprinkle gently over top and mix gently into sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
