1 bag or large can sauerkraut
1 lb thinly sliced corned beef, cooked or from deli
1 1/4 cups Thousand Island dressing
1 lb thick cut baby Swiss cheese
18 slices rough chopped Rye bread
1/2 stick melted butter or margarine

Spray Pam in a 9x13 casserole dish. Layer sauerkraut in the bottom of the dish, then layer corned beef (you can cut into bite size). Spread Thousand Island dressing on top of beef layer. Layer baby Swiss cheese. Toss rough chopped Rye bread with butter. Layer on top of cheese.

Compress the casserole down with your hands. (If you have extra cheese, you can put that on top of the bread too).

Bake at 350 degrees F oven for 25-30 minutes.
