Butter a 9x13 pan. Coat bottom of pan with about 1/4 of the box of dry cake mix. Drain the juice off the can of peaches into a cup (save juice) arrange peaches over the dry mix in pan. Sprinkle with sugar season with cinnamon to taste cover peaches with the remaining cake mix.
Melt butter or margarine. Pour peach juice over cake mix. Moisten as much of the dry mix as possible. Pour melted butter or margarine evenly over mix.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 50 min to 1 hour.
