1 block SMART BALANCE 50/50 Butter Blend
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp chicken seasoning
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp chipotle seasoning
2 tsp salt
3 tsp grounded pepper
1 cup chopped frozen broccoli
1 shredded baby carrot
1 cup frozen corn
1 Tbsp ZESTY Italian seasoning or dressing

Melt butter in skillet with vegetable oil, chicken seasoning, garlic powder, chipotle seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix chopped broccoli into skillet, and cover for 5 minutes.

Uncover broccoli and add shredded baby carrot. Stir. Then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Uncover broccoli and carrots, and mix in the corn. Simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add the ZESTY Italian seasoning. Stir and enjoy.
