Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 big potatoes
1 onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
4 eggs
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tomato, cucumber and onion, sliced

1. Wash the potatoes with cold water. Put a saucepan filled with salted water to boil. In the salted water put the 4 potatoes and boil it 20 minutes. After that, pour off the salted water from the potatoes and peel them. Leave the potatoes to cool off. Rasp them with the bigger side of the rasp.

2. Cut the onion into fine pieces. Braise the onion and mix with rasped potatoes. After that, put the salt, red pepper and black pepper into it. Mix them and put into a casserole.

3. With a ladle make 4 holes on the top of the mixed ingredients and strike the 4 eggs into the holes. Spice the eggs with salt, red and black pepper.

4. Finally, put the prepared food into the conventional oven. Cook it 30 minutes on 350°F/180°C degrees. Serve with fresh onion, cucumber and tomato slices.
