1 pork shoulder roast (3-4 lb.)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg Lipton onion dry soup mix
1 pkg baby carrots
2 celery ribs, cut into pieces
7 baby red potatoes, cut into quarters
1/2 cup water

Line a 9x12 baking pan with 2 feet of tin foil going length and width (about 6 ft. of tinfoil). Let ends of foil hang over pan. Center meat in middle.

In a separate bowl, mix onion dry soup and mushroom soup until well blended. Cover meat with mix. Add all cut up veggies on top. Add 1/2 cup water. Pull all excess foil up and fold up tightly closed over roast.

Bake at 350°F for 4 hours.
