Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix & set aside: bananas, baking soda, and baking powder. In a separate large bowl mix after adding each ingredient: apple sauce, sugar, eggs, salt, water, cinnamon, all spice and flour. Add banana mixture and mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Cook for 50 to 60 minutes. Test with a toothpick to make sure it comes out clean.
