Mix flour with salt. Batter the chicken with the flour/salt mixture. Shake off excess and brown in a hot skillet with oil. Remove chicken and place in crock-pot.
Mix lemonade, brown sugar, vinegar, and catsup. Pour mixture over chicken.
Cook on Low for 8 hours, or if you are in a hurry, cook on high for 4 hours. When ready to serve, remove chicken and set aside. Mix cornstarch and water. Add to liquid in crock-pot and mix well. Place chicken back in crock-pot and shred with two forks.
