Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Form ground beef into patties and place into center of foil sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Place onion rings on top of patty. Arrange potato wedges on and around patty, and then carrot sticks. Add more garlic salt and pepper over veggies. Pull all corners of foil together to form a pouch and seal them shut.
Bake for about 1 hour.
