Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and chopped (save bacon dripings)
1/2 small white onion, cubed
1 small shallot, chopped
3 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh sage, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 lb peeled uncooked shrimp
2 heads of broccoli, cut and half cooked
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
2 jars Alfredo Sauce
1 box (1 lb.) bow tie pasta
Grated cheddar cheese

In a large skillet or electric skillet, heat med high and cook bacon; remove bacon when done (leave bacon drippings) and chop. Add onions, shallots, garlic, herbs to bacon drippings.

Salt and pepper both sides of chicken breasts. Add to pan and brown both sides as you stir onions and garlic. When chicken is golden on both sides, remove and set aside.

Add both cream of mushroom and Alfredo sauce. Let simmer with onions and garlic for 5 min. Then cube chicken and add with shrimp. Lower heat to med low and let simmer slowly. Cook pasta and add with bacon. Top with some grated cheese, we like cheddar.
