Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 slice butter
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Italian parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
5 medium red potatoes
1 tsp parmesan cheese (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 450°F. In a small dish melt slice of butter in the oven while it’s preheating. Mix together all spices in a small bowl. Take out dish and let cool.

Cut the potatoes in half and into little slices. Rinse potatoes and put half of them in the dish. Sprinkle some seasoning over potatoes. Put rest of potatoes over the 1st layer and sprinkle the rest of the seasoning over potatoes.

Bake for 1 hour. Shred cheese while baking. When done, pull the dish out of the oven. Sprinkle both cheeses over potatoes and let cool for 10 min.
