Grease 10 x 15 jelly-roll pan. Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs on low speed 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla on low 30 seconds. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda on medium, 1 minute.
Spread in pan.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until light brown.
