Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare Mac & Cheese as directed on box. Cook ground beef (drain if necessary) and stir in taco seasoning, water & diced tomatoes - Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes
In a baking dish (I used 9" glass round) add the ground beef, top with 1 cup of cheese, top with Mac & Cheese, and then top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, ready to eat! I serve with green onions & sour cream.
