Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 slices bread
2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 small chopped onion
1-1 1/2 sleeve (s) finely crushed crackers
1 packet maple and brown sugar oatmeal
1/2 cup ketchup
A splash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup milk
Topping:
Ketchup
Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bread in the bottom of an oval casserole dish.

Mix remaining ingredients together. If too moist, add more crackers. Place in casserole and cover with foil.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil when 20-30 minutes left if not getting done. During last 10 minutes, top with a mixture of ketchup and brown sugar.
