Cook syrup, sugar, and water to 310 degrees F. remove from heat. Stir in warm peanut butter (warm in microwave) until well blended.
Pour in a greased 8x8 pan. Cut mixture into desired sized bars when completely cool.
Dip bars in melted chocolate (use a double boiler to melt the chocolate slowly). Set on wax paper until chocolate hardens.
