Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until brown in a skillet (DO NOT COOK UNTIL CRISP.) After bacon is cooked, add chopped stewed tomatoes to skillet and bring mixture to a boil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Drain cooked macaroni, add bacon and tomato mixture. Stir and serve.
