Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 can (12 oz.) albacore tuna
1 stalk celery
1/4 cup light Miracle Whip
2 tsp mustard
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1/8 tsp curry powder
8 slices whole wheat bread
Margarine or butter substitute
4 slices low fat Swiss cheese
1 small tomato

Drain tuna and add to chopped celery. Add Miracle Whip and mustard (add more if to dry). Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and curry powder. Slice tomato.

Prepare wheat bread with margarine or other butter substitute, spread to one side only. Heat pan, lay prepared side of wheat bread down. Place one slice of cheese and 1/4 of the tuna mixture and tomato slice and cover with other prepared piece of bread.

Continue to cook about 1.5 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over and repeat for the other side.
