1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cups uncooked long grain rice
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 tablespoon chili powder
4 chicken breasts, cut into tenders
Garlic, salt and pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix the soup, water, rice, corn, beans and chili powder in a 12x8 baking dish.

Season your chicken as desired (garlic, salt & pepper) and place on top of casserole mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes and then top with cheese and continue to bake for another 5 minutes.
